Default Question about iweb

I created a web site using Iweb. Website is pretty big as it contains lot of media contents. Now the problem is every time I make a change to a web site, I need to publish the whole web site again, which takes lot of time. Is there a easy way around, i.e. iweb only updates and adds new pages to my website instead of publishing the whole website again and again.

A lot of people use rsync which will only upload pages that have changed. Some use a version control system but your host must allow that server to run on their system. I don't know if there are issues with hosts about rsync.

When you make modifications to a site and publish it to a mobileme account, Iweb uploads only the pages tht have been modified and not the whole site but if you publish your site to a folder it will re save all the pages in the website again and hence if you'll use a tool like rsync or cyberduck it'll upload entire site again as the whole website was published again. Is this my best option?

I use lftp to sync local file from and to ftp server. It can transfer files in FXP mode (server to server) as well
