You probably want to use mount_ntfs for windows XP since it's uses NTFS.

According to the partition ID it's FAT32...

Ugh?
You can use NTFS on any disk, NTFS is a filesystem and device-independent.

What does:
% ls /dev/ad2*
give you?

crw-r----- 1 root operator 0, 102 Jul 1 19:36 /dev/ad2
crw-r----- 1 root operator 0, 109 Jul 1 19:36 /dev/ad2s1
crw-r----- 1 root operator 0, 116 Jul 1 19:36 /dev/ad2s2
crw-r----- 1 root operator 0, 106 Jul 1 19:36 /dev/ad2s5

Code:
[root@fbsd1 /mnt/windows 23:27:37] # mount -t msdosfs /dev/ad2s5 /mnt/windows
mount_msdosfs: /dev/ad2s5: Invalid argument
 [root@fbsd1 /mnt/windows 23:31:13] #

Hmm. That doesn't sound that good: Make sure you have backups!! Things like that are often caused by a failing disk.

It seems to be an extended partition, so try something like:
# mount -t msdosfs /dev/ad2s5 /mnt/windows
