Default OpenBSD on AWS

The past few days have been exciting for me. With the PV drivers in -CURRENT, it is now possible to run OpenBSD within AWS.

You can either build out a VM and use the vmimport tools on AWS or use the scripts provided by Antoine. Since the resolution of this bug:

Non-enhanced networking instances (i.e. any utilizing xnf, not the SRIOV 82599 NICs) have very stable networking. There appears to be some investigation on why the 82599 NICs aren't attaching for enhanced networking instance types, but I haven't followed that very closely.
