cd9660 works fine. im more curious if using udf is a better option or not with FreeBSD.
EDIT: for instance i have only done a simple read/write to a recordable dvd-r. I have not tried anything like copying files from a CSS encrypted dvd. If udf has better support for stuff like this is what im curious about. Last edited by chill; 17th June 2008 at 08:13 AM. Reason: edit post |

UDF is in a so-called 'sorry-state' in FreeBSD, so nothing to worry about. Your aren't able to read most modern versions or more complex ones.
See my PR, http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=kern/120989
