Default how to manage power display

Hi,
I've intalled OpenBSD 5.7 on bi quad core opteron with kde4 to x-window.
I've a problem because the group "GUI power" are deactivate, i put a command into acpi but no thing at all.
in a setting display or power is still power off each 10 minutes, i want to fix on the display.
