Smile ipsec with client nat

hi all

i have obsd 4.3 box fresh install.
i want setup obsd become vpn gateway for mobile user.
i have try from site to site vpn with ipsec and openbsd is working.
They i try configure my obsd as vpn gateway who client is mobile using ms xp prof + sp2 with connection 3G from operatror cellular.
i chek that connection is go more than 3 network , i paste result tracert to vpn-gateway :

ok that is my problem, the question is how to make obsd as vpn gateway and working client who connect to vpn gateway
