Default Suspend to ram not working in 10.2

I upgraded to 10.2 yesterday on a Thinkpad T60. It included a new version of ACPI and now syspend to ram no longer works. I get:

pci21: failed to set ACPI power state D2 on \ SB_.PCI0.PCI1.CDBS: AE BAD PARAMETER

The computer then locks up completely and I have to do a hard reset.

It was working on 10.1. Googling finds quite a lot of people with problems of this kind in earlier versions of fbsd.
