Default hidden 16 partition and tphdisk

After all I decided to stick to OpenBSD.
During install I created a hidden partition for suspend to disk. My installed memory is 4096M, so I did in fdisk a partition of 5120M (5G) which I thought would be far enough.
First problem: after formatting it according to the tphdisk short "howto", using df -h it shows as 4G and not 5G of size, but the thing I understand less is it says it has 1.4G used, that is 35%.
What's using this space? I need to make a file big enough for suspend, and now there's no space left.
I hope I don't need to reformat everything and calculate a 35% of space lost in this partition. Do I?
