Default Network Monitoring Software

Hey Guys

Using OpenBSD 5.1.

Wanting to know if there are any good network monitoring packages that I can use with OpenBSD

Pretty much my plan is.

Customer of mine is getting massive internet bills because someone is in the office, downloading things and what not.

I have heard of a package that can produce reports on which computer is doing the nasty on the network. Not necessarily computer names but just looking for something that can do usage logs
