Default Can't passwd on all accounts anymore

I recently found out I can't passwd on all accounts including root. This is the error I get when I try:

changing local password for root
pam_passwdqc: Invalid Option: "similiar=deny".
passwd: pam_chauthtok(): general failure

any ideas? I was able to passwd before

fyi i'm on freebsd 7.0

It seems that you have a typo in one of your /etc/pam.d/* files.

Replace "similiar" with "similar" and you should be good to go.
