Default Network bottleneck

Hi,
How can I see the input/output speed on a given interface?

is there any command to do that?

wat?
yoy want to see is given interface is in 10/100/1000 half/full duplex or you want to see the current utiliazation - 1MBs in and 10MBs out?
first - ifconfig _NIC_
second - systat -ifstat 1
later is more like what you want i guess

Verbose mode can also be turned on for SSH2 with the (surprise!) VerboseMode keyword.
