It looks like you haven't loaded the kernel driver for your video card. You may want to post details of your system such as what video card you have, what modules you have loaded (perhaps look in /boot/loader.conf).

OpenBSD 4.3 didn't officially support DRM/DRI, an early version of oga@'s work is included... but you have to recompile both the kernel *and* xenocara.

As for the slowness you're seeing, DRI typically accelerates "3D" graphics, 2D graphics are handled by the Xorg driver, (SIS) in this case.

Here is the man page, which, sadly conflicts with a SiS Ethernet chipset:
$ man -M /usr/X11R6/man sis
I don't see anything that may better your situation though, apologies.

The man page is ugly; ascii output looks like it's binary. I've run it through groff and made a pdf of it which I have attached.

Thanks all.
I think, something is wrong with DRI. Should i build a Xenocara?
Is another reason to install DRI?

No, it's not related to DRI.. the warning message is normal and is present in everyones Xorg log.

Recompiling your kernel for DRM and Xenocara for DRI will not likely improve anything... With the state of the work, It will likely crash anyway.

This was already made clear above...

I use Matrox mga multi-monitors so:
- no DRI
- no XRandR
- no compiz and other CPU/memory hogs.

What I want is to have my bktr TV on any monitor I wish.
Xenocara fills the bill, for FreeBSD have to compile an older mga driver.
All Linuces only accept the primary display.

Fwiw: rdesktop or qemu full screen (ctrl+alt+f) sends the app to the primary display also. That's where I have my panels and menus.
