Default Laptop won't resume from suspend

Hello again,

Sorry for flooding the forum with all my problems.

Today's problem is a HP Compaq nx7400 laptop that refuses to resume from suspend (zzz)
It suspends just fine, with the powerled happily blinking away but as soon as I try to wake it up the screen refuses to come on and I'm unable too ssh into it.

I tried release 6.4, snapshots and since this morning release 6.5 with the same results.

Here is the dmesg. If anybody needs more info I will gladly provide it.
Thank you

Or you should acquire the habit of shutting it down instead of suspending ;-)

It's quite an old laptop and that takes some time. It's in the kitchen and needs to play music that on my server. The fun thing is that you open the lid and music starts playing instantly. Booting and shutting down takes the fun out of it.
Maybe it's a good excuse to buy another laptop

A dmesg alone won't help. You should send the output of dmesg and acpidump to bugs@ if you'd like it fixed.
