I haven't update yet.

Try reenabling mouse tracking:

Put 'XTerm*allowMouseOps: True' in your ~/.Xresources

Could you elaborate on this? That version number isn't OpenBSD, which would likely be 7.0-current, nor is it links+, which currently is version 2.25.
