Default OpenBSD 5.3 officially released!

Stuart Henderson gets the honors this cycle to announce the latest official release:

http://marc.info/?l=openbsd-misc&m=136741678120711&w=2

Be sure to support the project by purchasing official CD sets, t-shirts, posters, books, etc. as this is the primary means that the OpenBSD project has to support itself.

Greetings to All!

Thanks Ocicat for keeping us current. I'm happy to report that because of your input, I have downloaded and upgraded to OpenBSD 5.3. BTW, I just received my new copy of Absolute OpenBSD, DaemonForums has a place of honor on page 8.

Regards,...

Nice, I have been reading through it using xpdf and, so far, it has been enjoyable and educational. I do look forward to getting my book, though. Like you I have upgraded both laptops at home (well, one is running 5.3 -current) and 1 emac at work to 5.3 -release. I like the syntax to smtp and the dhclient changes so far the most. So many cool new toys with which to play
