Default Updated DRM driver in OpenBSD for Intel's GPUs

Mark Kettenis and Jonathan Gray have updated DRM driver in OpenBSD for Intel's GPUs. It is based on Linux's 3.14.52 driver. Information about this was posted 2015-09-23 to mailing list.

Mesa, which is part of OpenBSD's Xenocara repository for X.Org and related components, but it is not X.org itself, was updated to 11.0.6. Before that OpenBSD had Mesa 10.2.9.
Information about this was posted 2015-11-22 to mailing list.
