Default Configuration problems on NetBSD infrastructure

I use NetBSD 7.0.1 as a guest within Virtualbox. When i call pkg_add or pkgin i get no connection to the server(ftp.netbsd.org) but there is a connection. Nih works fine so it looks for me like a configuration problem.
