Default Transmission web inteface start when system boot

I use Transmission for torrent I install this package with port , for use this package I have to login with Gnome and run this program and then I can I use web interface and I can connect to my system from another place and control everything about torrent , when I log out from Gnome I can not use transmission

How I can start transmission web interface when system start and I do not need login in Gnome.?

I want when my system reboot I can start Transmission from another place and control everything about torrent.

I believe that's possible with the cli part of the client. I once read this article on the wiki:

never really tried but i believe you can have a script that takes care of all that for you.
