Default Ram usage on default installations

Hi,

I've been using Slackware Linux for many years, but want to install a *BSD onto an older computer.

I tried to search but got no comparison for what I want:
What is the RAM usage for the default installs of the last versions fo OpenBSD, NetBSD and FreeBSD?
