Default unable to reset hardware; hal status on wpa error

Hello and sorry if the format of my post is not good but i'm typing from an android phone!I'm trying to connect to my wpa wireless but my dmeg is like this:
"ath0: unable to reset hardware" with a code number: once with 3719928476 and twice with 3719929212.According to the ath manual the status code is explained to /sys/dev/ic/arxxx.h which i don't know how to view it!It's not a directory and it's not a text file 'cause vi is not able to open it!How can i view that file?
