Unbound Database
I am running DNSCrypt-Proxy on openbsd latest. I am also running unbound as the caching dns service. I was expecting every DNS lookup to be stored in the unbound database so that there wouldn't need to be a lookup performed everytime if that domain had already been resolved. However, looking in /var/unbound/db/ shows that there are no files.
Is there somewhere else i should look or do i need to instruct it to retain previous resolves. Or is this frowned upon for security? I was expecting o see a readout similar to dhcp.leases Thanks |
