what catching tool to preferably use in openbsd ?
Hi Daemondom mates !
A BSD hacker adviced me to do without tor for anonymy .. so I am starting this thread hopefull to get advice and help on the topic .. if squid is the best available alternative I hope someone will pave the way to a total newbie to use it on OpenBSD/NetBSD .. otherwise I'd welcome any other equally important anonymizing tool .. thank you so much ! |

My problem with TOR is that you never can be sure whether the TOR exit server is not been paid for by the either the KGB/CIA/MI5/Savak/Mossad, and thus under their control

Hi J65nko !
you are right .. simply I believe everyone would want to enjoy privacy .. that simple .. no need to involve those to become a necessity .. in the end .. no one would want to be puppeted by bad guys no matter who they are .. I hope somee would suggest some alternative .. |

Well, you shouldn’t be sending unencrypted data through Tor anyway…

Hi Backrow !
thank you .. how practically do you do that ? how to make encryption unhackable/reliable ? |

Tor and encryption are orthogonal. Tor is for anonymity, not encryption.
