Default A simple question

In "Funny Stuff" there is a post: http://daemonforums.org/showpost.php...8&postcount=38 with a link: http://www.400monkeys.com/God/ .

Now, I want each of you to do a simple exercise in reality. In this we are going to determine your influence upon the universe and your knowledge of the universe.

Each of you is a single human out of a population of about 6.77 billion.
You live on the planet earth.
You are proficient in one language out of 10,000. Yes. Each person has a language of preference.
There are 186 major bodies in the solar system
The earth is only one of these.
The sun is one of nearly 400 billion stars in the milky way.
It's been estimated that there are 100 billion galaxies in the universe.
The universe is supposedly 13.5 billion years old.
String theory states at 11 dimensions, every possible reality exists.
This means a myriad of possible universes exists.

As humans, we are very limited in our perception of the known universe.
We are very limited in our perception of ourselves and others.
Our sensory organs can only interpret a small portion of the electromagnetic spectrum.
Most humans live an average of 60 years. I'm referring to all peoples of this earth.
Each of us on this forum range from 16? to 60? I'm guessing at this.
So, we are an average of 38 years old.

Okay. Let's get back to the discussion on hand.

In order to determine whether or not there is a god, you'd have to be older than the known universe; but, there's a slight problem....

Theory states that the universe is in a perpetual state and that this may not be the first or last universe.

Now, let's place ourselves on par with reality.
Take a grain of salt and place it in the middle of a pond in a field and then walk away.
Now look to find that grain of salt in two weeks following.

Our minute perceptions are watered down in our own deserted isolationist corner of the universe.

Did you find the grain of salt?

If you answered, 'Yes," then you are full of shit.
If you answered,"No," then I have a question for you.

How can you say that there is or isn't a god when you can't find a single grain of salt that you lost?

For me, God is the total sum of all things in all possible realities during every single moment in time.

I've never forced my belief down anyone's throat nor have I mocked someone for theirs.

Let's go back: http://daemonforums.org/showpost.php...9&postcount=44

You are one of 6.77 billion living people on this planet. How many have been on here- the earth- or are on here- the earth? 106,456,367,669 is the guessed number.

How many of them do you know?
What right do you have to call any of them ignorant or stupid?
What right have you to judge anyone?

Thread locked, this is not a forum for religious discussions.

In addition, my post was a joke, not to be taken to seriously.
