Default how to allow users to mount cdrom and usb flash?

Hi Amigos !

I am on OpenBSD 5.0 , I still can't mount neither cdrom nor usb except by sudoing ..
as a user I already belong to wheel and I chowned both /dev/sd0i and /dev/cd0a as mine and set usb and cdrom directories in my ~/ as mount points ..
still I can't mount both unless I sudo ..

what am I still lacking here ?? mmm ...
