obtain 2 ips via dhcp
My ISP allows me 2 IPs the trick is they're dynamic and have to be obtained by DHCP BUT I need 2 different MACs to obtain them! So far all I've got from people was to follow the attached image. It would work great but it seems overkill to buy another switch and NIC to be able to obtain a second IP, I've done this before on windows by making a virtual interface and bridging it to the modem NIC, the virtual interface has its own MAC and will be able to obtain the second IP. How would I do this on FreeBSD?
