SPAMD and pf
I have a question about SPAMD. Trying to set it up and the faq and man page use the following examples for your pf config:
from the spamd man page: Code:
pass in on egress proto tcp from any to any port smtp \ rdr-to 127.0.0.1 port spamd And from http://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf/tagging.html Code:
pass in on $ext_if proto tcp to $www_server port 80 tag INET_DMZ pass in on $ext_if proto tcp from <spamd> to port smtp \ tag SPAMD rdr-to 127.0.0.1 port 8025 |

Good catch. Documentation needs to be updated.
As for rdr-to and divert-to, a simple description of the differences can be found here: http://www.openbsd.org/faq/upgrade50.html#pf If you like, you can give back to the project by submitting diffs for spamd(8) and the PF User's Guide. |
