I can't offer much except I hope you have a high speced system if you want any decent performance out of any of these "virtual" systems. You'll take a slight performance hit from qemu, plus X in each jail... Lots of RAM and 2-4 CPU's I'd say.
Then again, I might be wrong.

You are trying to put one type of virtualization into another type of virtualization, that is not the way mate.
Its like putting a box to a box. You can of course run several QEMU virtual hosts, especialyl with --nographic option along with FreeBSD Jails but do not mess OS level virtualization (Jails) with type 2 hypervisor virtualization (QEMU). Run Foreign OSes in QEMU and add virtual hosts with Jails.
