Default install pkgsrc2015q3 into /usr

Hi,
I've a crazy question >> howto install pkgsrc2015Q3 into /usr's directory ?

Example : tar xzvf pkgsrc2015Q3 /usr (doesn't work)

pkgsrc handbook using the -C option

Alternatively, you can use this iteration taken from OpenBSD FAQ5
# cd /usr
and
# tar xvzf /path to the pkgsrc.tar.gz.

Correct, but you don't need v-option and we are in the NetBSD section.

Your right, verbose output is an optional, harmless flag that is identical in both the NetBSD and OpenBSD implementations.

I would argue that the OP would gain more by learning the command and where the documentation can be found rather than how "tar" is implemented in NetBSD guides vs OpenBSD guides.
