Default Recommendation for Imap and POP server

In the process of moving all my hosting back to Freebsd under my control and not others.

Last thing to do is setup the imap/pop server. So What do you recommend. This is mainly just for me, other users have email forwarded off server. I am using Sendmail. In the past (5years ago) I did have cyrus running. but it was a pain to get setup at the time.
