Wink squid bind problem

hello,
first sorry for my English.
second hello to all people on this forum (it's my first post).
i have a problem on my PcBSD.
I have just install squid 3.0.STABLE7 on a PcBSD 6.3-RELEASE-p2 on a i386.
All work good when i put in conf file : http_port 9556
but i have 2 domaine name, one public and one private (public.com, private.com). and i would like to squid listen only on the private one.
And when i put in conf : http_port private.com:9556. the squid start but when i make a status it's not running and on log it write :
2008/07/11 15:38:37| commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 19 to my.ip.adress:9556: (49) Can't assign requested address
FATAL: Cannot open HTTP Port
Squid Cache (Version 3.0.STABLE7): Terminated abnormally.

Page faults with physical i/o: 0

....
this my problem. please help me.
