Default [OpenBSD] Run firefox as another user

i want run firefox-esr as another user.
i use this command :

doas -u firefox -- firefox-esr
but i get this error:
Code:
no protocol specified
Error: cannot open display :0
also i use this script

but i get same error.


how i can run firefox-esr as another user in root?

You shouldn't be running firefox in root ,or as root to start with. Maybe I am misunderstanding the question?

i can run firefox in root but i not want do this for security reason.
i want run firefox as another(like firefox) user by root user.

Authentication is based on OpenSSH keys.

man 5 doas.conf (setenv option)

permit setenv { DISPLAY=:0.0 } nopass root as firefox cmd firefox-esr
Not sure if it is a good idea.
