fdisk can't see (Vista) ntfs partitions
I have a 160GB HDD, around 80GB is a NTFS partion with Vista on it, I installed PCBSD on the remaining 80GB but that was just to check out 7-Beta, I want to intall FreeBSD 7-R there now.
Problem is, when I go to partition slices, all fdisk shows is the 80GB PCBSD (shown as FreeBSD obviously) partition and 80GB of "unused space". If I delete the PCBSD partition it then just shows 160GB of "unused space" - it completly misses the Vista partition. (I don't write this config obviously) What's going wrong? PCBSD installer saw it (which uses fdisk with a front-end no?), why won't fdisk when installing FreeBSD? Cheers. |
