Default What will build?

Some ports that pkgsrc can build on NetBSD are not always included in the pre-compiled binary repository. Is there a list somewhere of all binaries that can successfully compile via pkgsrc?

I suppose such a matrix would be a wasted expenditure of resources since not all binaries compile with the same success on every architecture and system. Also those results would vary with every involved component's version ascent or revision.

I forget that Pkgsrc is so widely focused.

I'm just guessing that not having every possible binary available has to do with a or the license(s) involved.

This is all probably documented really well somewhere that I just haven't read yet.

Maybe posts at pkgsrc-bulk mailing list could answer some questions for you. Here's an example of one post for NetBSD 6.0/x86_64:

I honestly don't know if anything happened with this.

Thanks for the reply, s0xx. I'll just have to start building away.
