SOLVED -- Upgrade 6.8 to 6.9 not allowed
I upgraded my i386 system to 6.9, no issues and worked great. So I decided to upgrade my T420 (amd64) to 6.9.
When I execute sysupgrade I get this error: "You do not want to run /usr/sbin/sysupgrade yet. maybe you want syspatch" This is my current dmesg pastebin.com. I did some searching and the only the only resolution I found was to fix /etc/installurl In /etc/installurl I have tried each of these: Quote:
MD5 (openbsd-69-base.pub) = d5bb8fa070408aea210d2cbc344dc459 MD5 (openbsd-69-fw.pub) = 31302f7010b708848f8763a8f5333954 MD5 (openbsd-69-pkg.pub) = 445d38e4f3b9540642732aeb4ef40739 MD5 (openbsd-69-syspatch.pub) = dd34bdf1951792b44d5a709e02f60873 Any Ideas ? Thank You
Thanks jggim
That was it, 5 months ago I set an alias to sysupgrade to stop me from accidentally running it. That fixed my issue: Upgrade 10 minutes, being an idiot, 2 hours |
