Default Rails 3.1 now available

From http://h-online.com/-1333995

Quote:
David Heinemeier Hansson, creator of the Ruby web framework Ruby on Rails, has announced that Rails 3.1 is now available.

The latest version of Rails brings a wide range of improvements to the framework: asset pipelining, which makes the management and use of JavaScript and CSS assets simpler and more effective by promoting them to being "first class citizens" in a Rails project; HTTP streaming, which sends stylesheets and JavaScript to the browser while the server is building a response; and the change to jQuery, from Prototype, as Rails' default JavaScript Library.
