Default Java + FF3 = crash

I've installed JDK15 then JDK16 i even installed JRE15, because of this....
When i open Java page, FF3 crashes....
I can't post error logs, cause i've upgraded FF3 to latest version (some small fix)
And now there are no Java plugins available.... (therefore no crash)
I tried to reinstall JDK, but no results....

Any ideas?

firefox-3.0.1_1,1
diablo-jdk-1.5.0.07.01_11
jdk-1.5.0.14p8_3,1
jdk-1.6.0.3p4_3

Code:
$ uname -a
FreeBSD killasmurf.HomePC 7.0-RELEASE-p3 FreeBSD 7.0-RELEASE-p3 #0: Sun Jul 27 12:56:11 EEST 2008     root@killasmurf.HomePC:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/killabsd  i386

How were the packages installed, compiled from the ports or as a package?

I don't even have plugins now, and I updated yesterday. Great.

I have a backup package courtesy of portmaster, so I think I might rollback.

How sure you actually are about this? 100% positive?

I've wondered about this during countless openoffice build-parties. I mean it's just lame if that's the case.
