Default About the FreeBSD mall disk set

Hello to all,

does anyone know about the disk set sold by FreeBSDMall.com?

it has 4 dvd's.

Does it include all the packages and source on the dvd's?

the reason for asking is I have a slow internet and don't like downloading over the internet.

If I could install everything from disk it would be best.

Thank you.

4x4.7GB~20Gb so if the DVDs are full of packages it would be more or
less enough to contain binaries of most 19000 ports probably with exception of Java (due to the license issues) and ports with the similar licenses issues.

I am surprised that you didn't drop an email to people at FeeBSD mall and ask them specifically about the content of DVDs.
It is possible that 1DVD is more or less official DVD with light Gnome and light KDE versions. While other three are mixture of packages and documentation.

you sure the DVD's are not ONE and the CD's FOUR? I've
ordered the four-set twice. Enough to install initially
and then upgrade a minimal port set you installed from CD or DVD.
I've never used the DVD'.s
