MBR GPT hybrid partitioning
I found this reference to MBR GPT hybrid partitioning:Hybrid MBRs: The Good, the Bad, and the So Ugly You'll Tear Your Eyes Out
Has anyone tried this and/or could he/she share some experience?

And installing something older than 7.4 is looking for trouble anyway. Unless there are machines/BIOSs that don't support booting off GPT? But isn't GPT compatible with MBR since it has a "legacy" MBR in block 0?

I intend to dual-boot FreeBSD with an already existing OpenBSD partition of 25GB. The remainder of the 120 GB disk is for FreeBSD.
AFAIK OpenBSD on i386 does not boot from GPT.
