Default Aborted install

FreeBSD7.1-rc1

Apologies if this seems a daft question.
I started to install KDE3,got about halfway through decided there was too much bloat so I did a ctrl+c to stop the installation.I then installed kdebase4.
My question is what should I do about the remnants of the downloaded KDE3 install, thanks for any input.

Check the output of pkg_info, and then pkg_delete -xi the packages you don't want installed.

And be sure to run make clean or even make distclean in which ports directory you tried to do the install from.
