Default pkg_add error

I was using pkg_add, installing kde4, everything OK.
But now, pkg_add does not work, it gives the following error:

http://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/6.5/packages-stable/i386 : ftp: SSL write error: ocsp verify failed: ocsp response not current.
http://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/6.5/packages-stable/i386 empty
The case is, powering the system off, and powering on again does not solve it.

Does anybody a good idea about to solve this error?

Hello and welcome.

It's a server-side problem.

See http://openbsd-archive.7691.n7.nabbl...-td320470.html

Comes from your URL, just as ibara pointed...

Try using https instead:
The above is my "installurl", and it works fine.

I just tried it,and http did not work, but https does.
Also as mentioned,we all posted almost a the same time, but using all this:
is not going work .See 'man installurl'
The /etc/installurl file contains a single line specifying an OpenBSD
mirror server URL, such as

It is created by the installer script during installations and upgrades
over HTTP.

Empty lines and lines beginning with `#' in the file are ignored.
