Default Cmake can't find a package dependency within Pkgsrc recipt

I'm working on a port of the seafile-client. It seems that CMake cannot see sqlite3. In the CMakelists.txt it's the first check, looking for sqlite3>=3.0.0. How can i show CMake within Pkgsrc to use my already defined dependencies from my recipt?
