openbsd-ports

The ports tree is now locked for the release.

We may still trickle in a few important diffs, but talk to sthen@

5.9-release has been tagged. The OPENBSD_5_9 and OPENBSD_5_9_BASE tags have been added to the src, ports, and xenocara repositories.

Development will soon begin for 6.0-release.
