Default freeBSD DVD or USB ISO

hi

where can I download freeBSD DVD ISO instead of 3 CD.
to install from CD is sometimes a little bit strange, because during the setup is asking again and again through for different CD.

btw. why do they not offer USB images to download ?
to buy CD goes in money.

How many el cheapo CDs do you need? Most of the time the first CD is sufficient. You have to update your packages anyway especially some time after a release. But we will see at least DVDs: http://svn.freebsd.org/viewvc/base?v...evision=183772 and there ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/snapshots/200810/ you can see the first current snapshots.

And for USB just follow this howto,
