Default BSD and Surface Pro?

Hi All, just wondering if its possible to install Free/Open BSD on a surface pro as the primary OS?

I was hoping for the best tablet experience possible. However I'm debating if I should just use VMware under windows, or if possible freebsd with bhyve ..

However I'm not even sure if Bhyve would work with things like touch screen?

The end result is to get the best experience possible running
W10 / Freebsd Server / Open BSD Router / and some other OS for on the road programming.

Ideally, I would love to pass through the nic/wifi, run open bsd from bhyve and then put everything behind that.

Just looking for the best approach to start off with and any advice / experience / pros / cons etc

Thanks in advance.

Well, things don't look very good on the FreeBSD wiki regarding the Surface Pro ...

@todd_carp: As you're considering Surface Pro ... it may be worth knowing Consumer Reports is no longer recommending Microsoft Surface laptops and tablets, in case you feel it is of any relevance.
