Default firefox3 will not compile

I've just updated my Ports system and found that firefox3 was released but when I go and try to 'make' firefox 3 I get this error:

Code:
===> WARNING: Vulnerability database out of date, checking anyway
===>  firefox-3.0_2,1 has known vulnerabilities:
=> mozilla -- multiple vulnerabilities.
   Reference: <http://www.FreeBSD.org/ports/portaudit/e190ca65-3636-11dc-a697-000c6ec775d9.html>
=> Please update your ports tree and try again.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/www/firefox3.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/www/firefox3.
Will this be fixed soon?
Is there an override so I can install it anyway?
Should this be using mozilla at all?

Note: I'm using FreeBSD 7.0 i386.

That's odd. Because I launched # portaudit -F before installing firefox3 and I didn't get any warnings or vulnerability messages. The link shows the contrary though.

Oh, I get it. The affected ports are firefox >3.*,1 <3.0.a2_3,1. I believe portaudit with -F option will solve the problem.

If I do a portaudit command I get the following problem.

# portaudit -F
auditfile.tbz 100% of 43 kB 21 MBps
portaudit: Database too old.
Old database restored.
portaudit: Download failed.

I'm running a squid proxy on my firewall, but I have tried with out the proxy and get the same problem.

I've tried 'portaudit -Fda' as well, same problem

Hmm, that is very strange. And that is problem of your configuration.

Try to hack /usr/local/etc/portaudit.conf

Workaround: delete portaudit database:

# rm /var/db/portaudit/auditfile.tbz

Try this.
make -DDISABLE_VULNERABILITIES install clean

If I remove the auditfile.tbz I still get the same messages.

I'll try installing with disable_vulnerabilities but it would still be nice to fix this problem with my audit database.

Hey thanks, that I did not know about. I've looked at the man and info page for something like that.
