Default installing via FTP going away after 5.5-release

Posted today on misc@, Theo pronounced that installations using the FTP protocol will be going away after OpenBSD 5.5-release.

-current users will undoubtedly be seeing this change in the installation procedure first. Details as to when installation over FTP will be disabled are not yet available.

Note that this announcement only affects using the FTP protocol to obtain filesets. Other methods/options will continue to exist.
