Frostwire thinks it's behind a firewall
Hi,
I just installed the net-p2p/frostwire port (version 4.17.0), but it seems to think it's behind a firewall as it displays the little world-with-brick-wall icon next to its connection status in the bottom left corner. I tried several changes in my setup, but to no avail. These changes include: Enable UPnP in my router and setup frostwire to use it. Port forwarding. Discarding the router altogether, connecting the box directly to the internet. In any case, the brick-wall icon remains, and frostwire just can't connect to the network. I'm using java 1.6, installed from the java/diablo* ports (both the JRE and the JDK are installed). Anyone managed to get frostwire 4.17.0 to connect to the network successfully? |
