Does anyone know where to buy cmos minicamera, for building within robotics?

I want to build robot, that will be using Laser tracking.... For that i need camera....
I was googling for many hours.... got pissed... i found few cameras, but there was no pricing, for them.... etc....

Please, help, if someone know where could i get such an camera....
(i would really hate to try reversing web-cam)

I don't need HQ camera, 640x480 would do the trick

This is kinda weird timing, but NetBSD has a driver for the "PS3 Eye" camera...

http://www.invisible.ca/space/netbsd...laystation-eye
http://hackaday.com/2008/09/30/ps3-e...am-on-windows/ (Windows related, but mentions something about using it for multitouch?)

It's a very cheap device: http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_t...laystation+Eye

Hope that helps..

EDIT: Ignore me, I realized you were looking for a solution for a hobby electronics project... unfortunately I'm not aware of any such products.
