rtwn(4) on NetBSD

Late in August, rtwn(4) was ported to NetBSD from OpenBSD. This is a driver for Realtek RTL8188CE pci wireless devices. It is available on -current, i.e., the HEAD. (Not in 7.0.)

Today I had a chance to try it out a bit at a local library. It kicked butt.
