Default Forum update, restrictions on new users

Forum was updated, in addition some changes were made to combat spam:

New users are now first put in a group called ``New users'', which has several restrictions:
  • Unable to post links.
  • Unable to post any images.
  • Unable to use signatures.
  • Unable to edit posts.
  • No access to some features like social groups, albums, PM, email users, etc.

In addition messages are now scanned by a spamfilter (Typepad antispam).

These restrictions will be liften when a user has posted 5 posts OR has been registered for 5 days, which ever comes first.

We'll see how this works and add other measures if needed.

Another change is that http://daemonforums.org is now redirected to http://www.daemonforums.org.

Also, the ``Post thank you hack'' is disabled for now, when upgrading this plugin all the database data related to it was lost, I can restore it from a backup I took just before the forums were upgrade (Already have done so partially) but this is not quite done yet.
